Project And Change Lead (Finance Transformation)

Location: Remote in Poland or hybrid in Katowice; travel up to 30%

What you will do

• Drive execution of multiple initiatives across a large-scale Finance transformation program of approximately 200 projects.
• Build and maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, reporting, and delivery methodologies across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.
• Track progress, risks, outcomes, and escalations while driving proactive resolution.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, engagement plans, and adoption activities.
• Partner with regional finance leaders, SMEs, operations teams, technical teams, and program leadership across functions and geographies.
• Provide governance updates and improve project and change management frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in project management, transformation or programme delivery, or change management.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects within large-scale, complex Finance transformation programmes.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end with limited coaching and support.
• Experience working across multiple projects or workstreams in complex, multinational, matrix organisations.
• Strong practical change management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives of different types simultaneously and translate complex topics into simple, actionable messages.
• Hands-on, execution-focused, pragmatic, business-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in complex, fast-changing environments.
