Business Operations Program Manager - IPP

Location: Katowice, Poland; other listed locations include Rotterdam, Netherlands, and Brønderslev, Denmark. Hybrid work in EMEA, with employees expected to work at a Rockwell Automation location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless business obligations require otherwise.

What you will do

• Lead business productivity, process improvement, and operational excellence projects across the IPP organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement standardized processes, governance mechanisms, and best practices.
• Lead change management for strategic initiatives, organizational transformations, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate alignment across Project Management, Application Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Operations, Commercial teams, and IPP Leadership.
• Analyze productivity, lead time, OTTR, process adoption, and operational performance metrics.
• Develop project charters, business cases, implementation roadmaps, success metrics, and risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Change Management, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, or Project Management.
• Experience leading business improvement or change management projects.
• Strong change management, business process improvement, data analytics, and performance measurement skills.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional organizations and project-driven environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Engineering-to-Order, manufacturing, industrial automation, or project-based business environments.
• Proficiency with business analytics tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
