What you will do
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Grafana BYOC and Grafana Federal Cloud using product data, market research, customer value, engineering cost, and technical constraints.

Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal on product changes affecting authorization and existing customer commitments.
Use AI tools for research, product-signal analysis, and positioning while applying product judgment to the results.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product, or a technical background in software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management combined with demonstrated product ownership.
Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, including understanding of its impact on product, operations, and economics.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools.

Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models.
Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products.
Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners.
Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies.

Open decision-making, transparent communication, autonomy, and high trust.
Open-source roots and an innovation-driven environment.
Career growth pathways and defined development opportunities.
In-person onboarding with new colleagues.
30 days of annual leave, including 3 Grafana Shutdown Days, subject to local legislation.
