Staff Product Manager (Agentic Test Intelligence)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Base salary: $168,000–$285,600 USD per year for United States residents

What you will do

• Define the Test & Code Coverage product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Identify customer problems involving pipeline failure diagnosis, test automation, test optimization, code coverage, and recovery.
• Work with Engineering and Design to prototype agent-driven workflows for failure diagnosis, test authoring and repair, coverage analysis, optimization, and recovery.
• Make AI-assisted actions reviewable and safe through evidence, confidence indicators, human approval, and controlled code-change proposals.
• Measure time to diagnose, time to recover, failure recurrence, test signal quality, and developer confidence using customer and production feedback.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Quality, Developer Experience, Customer Success, Support, and Product Marketing while mentoring product managers.

Requirements

• Experience owning complex technical products, platforms, or developer workflows at Staff, Senior Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope.
• Experience building a new product or capability from initial validation through launch and adoption.
• Strong product fundamentals in customer discovery, problem framing, prioritization, roadmap development, outcome measurement, and iterative delivery.
• Technical fluency in software testing, test automation, code coverage, CI/CD, developer tools, DevOps, developer experience, quality engineering, or software delivery.
• Understanding of how engineering teams build, test, review, and ship software, including test architecture, pipeline behavior, integrations, reliability, and scale.
• Experience exploring AI or agent-driven solutions for developer workflows and distinguishing useful automation from unsafe or low-confidence actions.
