Staff Product Manager (US Public Sector)

Location: Remote from California, Virginia, or Washington, D.C.; US citizenship required

Salary: $154,400–$249,800 USD annually, depending on pay zone. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own US public-sector product offerings across FedRAMP commercial clouds, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, DoD Impact Levels, and classified environments.
• Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, success metrics, and investment sequencing for government markets.
• Design new features and adapt existing capabilities for regulated US Government environments.
• Scale compliance and authorization processes as new regions and impact levels are introduced.
• Launch public-sector offerings and drive adoption across federal, defense, intelligence, state, local, and education customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, security, legal, sales, support, and cloud providers on product launches and compliance capabilities.

Requirements

• Product management experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS products and successful customer-facing features.
• Ability to lead customer conversations, write PRDs, define success metrics, prioritize features, and guide engineering and design execution.
• Expertise in US public-sector compliance and accreditation, including FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, or NIST 800-53.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, classified deployments, or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience launching enterprise products and driving adoption across large, complex organizations.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain and hold a security clearance required.
