Location: On-site in Hsinchu, Hsinchu County, Taiwan

What you will do
- Support daily production operations in line with procedures, quality standards, and production targets.
- Coordinate manufacturing activities with Quality, Engineering, EHS, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, product quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
- Manage production planning, material availability, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
- Investigate production issues, implement corrective actions, and optimize processes to improve manufacturing reliability.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, process engineering, or a related industrial environment.
- Experience with production planning, inventory management, and material control.
- Experience supporting production operations, process improvement, and manufacturing performance optimization.
- Knowledge of quality systems, safety requirements, and manufacturing process control.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor, chemical, materials, or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Experience supporting manufacturing projects.
- Familiarity with procurement activities and production workflows.
