Occupational Health Adviser

Location: Cannock Chase, Staffordshire, United Kingdom; occasional travel to hirify.global locations across the UK. Blended working is available when office or site attendance is not required, but the role can only be worked in the UK and not overseas.

Salary: £33,854 per annum.

hirify.global manages England’s public forest estate on behalf of the Forestry Commission, covering forestry and land management, timber harvesting, property development, recreation, events and visitor centres.

What you will do

• Join the Health, Safety and Technical Training Team as an Occupational Health Adviser.
• Support management of risks affecting staff, volunteers, contractors and visitors.
• Contribute to competence development across operator, management and leadership levels.
• Work with function heads, team leaders and staff groups to evaluate compliance and health and safety priorities.
• Assess organisational training needs across hirify.global.
• Travel occasionally to hirify.global locations as required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide conversation in accurate spoken English.
• Successful candidates must complete a criminal record check.
• Successful candidates must complete the government baseline personnel security standard check.
