What you will do

• Communicate and implement the SHEQ strategy across projects and business operations.
• Provide operational SHEQ guidance, support, advice, and governance.
• Assist with local and external audit programmes and support compliance with HSES regulations, company policies, and the business management system.
• Identify site SHEQ training needs and support the development of operational teams.
• Support near-miss, incident, and accident investigations.
• Engage with key stakeholders and promote SHEQ initiatives and innovations across projects.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification, such as NEBOSH General, held or currently in progress.
• Some experience in SHEQ, health and safety, construction, utilities, DNO, or ICP environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Analytical ability and close attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing and producing SHEQ reports for managers and clients.
