Clinical Specialist, TEG (MN, ND, SD) (Field Sales)

Location: Remote within the designated MN, ND, and SD territory; candidates must currently reside within the Minneapolis, MN area, ideally within approximately 45 minutes of a major airport. The role requires up to 50% travel and onsite support at hospital accounts.

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 annually, plus applicable sales incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the existing TEG customer territory, grow usage and revenue in current accounts, and support new account go-lives.
• Train clinicians and customers to operate TEG equipment, software, and disposables safely and efficiently and interpret TEG results.
• Provide clinical education, grand rounds, case support, market development events, and onsite support across laboratories, critical care, operating rooms, and other application areas.
• Support VAD/ECMO, trauma, cardiovascular, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, vascular, and critical care clinicians.
• Resolve technical, operational, and clinical concerns; maintain CRM records; and provide customer and market feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Account Managers and Implementation teams on account expansion, forecasting, installations, validation, verification, training, SOP and IQCP development, upgrades, and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) or a related clinical field is required.
• At least 3 years of industry or clinically related experience is required, preferably with complex medical devices and/or critical care environments.
• Experience may include ICU/CICU, emergency room, trauma, or other critical care environments involving communication with senior medical professionals and monitoring hemostasis.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and provide onsite and after-hours customer support within the assigned territory.
• Ability to support clinical education, account management, sales growth, customer training, and relationship development with clinicians and key decision-makers, including C-level contacts.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Arts, Science, or Business Administration.
• Experience operating the TEG Analyzer, interpreting results, and manipulating TEG software.
