Clinical Support Representative - Florence (Medtech)

Location: Florence, South Carolina, United States. Remote workplace type, with a field-based role requiring daily work in hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other medical establishments within the assigned territory; approximately 80% travel.

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 annually

What you will do

• Educate customers and staff on medical order requirements and streamline order processing.
• Prioritize patient care plans, transitions of care, reorder documentation, and end-of-use requirements using clinical judgment and knowledge of ZOLL devices.
• Manage order exceptions, aging exceptions, payer authorization issues, and revenue recognition across the assigned territory.
• Provide ZPM education, support utilization, review account data with Territory Managers, and deliver regional training.
• Build relationships with hospital directors and key staff in case management, quality, cath lab, and risk functions.
• Lead local trade shows, account education, product presentations, and customer onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant internal ZOLL experience.
• At least 3 years of hospital, heart failure, or nursing experience.
• Clinical experience navigating hospital workflows, collecting documentation, and interacting confidently with providers and patients.
• Ability to influence clinical decision-making through presentations and discussion of clinical data.
• Ability to plan proactively, work independently, multitask, solve problems, and remain accountable for tasks from start to finish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Power BI, Excel, Word, and Outlook, and customer relationship management systems is preferred.

Nice to have

• Cardiology clinical experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or Dynamics.
