Senior Full Stack Developer (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance the core platform, including business logic, web applications, databases, performance, and production fixes.
• Design and build end-to-end features for the next-generation platform across APIs, modern web front ends, and cloud infrastructure.
• Use Claude Code as the primary development environment and improve CLAUDE.md files, skills, agents, and development workflows.
• Contribute to architecture and technical direction, review code, and set quality standards including for AI-generated code.
• Mentor developers through code review, pairing, and practical AI-first development guidance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with senior-level ownership from ambiguous request through design, build, release, and support.
• Deep C#/.NET experience across .NET Framework with ASP.NET MVC and modern .NET/ASP.NET Core.
• Professional C++ experience and the ability to work in a large, long-lived production C++ codebase.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including schema design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and query and index performance tuning on production databases.
• Production React and TypeScript experience building real applications.
• Daily professional use of Claude Code as the primary development tool, including the ability to demonstrate CLAUDE.md files, custom skills or commands, subagents, MCP servers, hooks, parallel sessions or worktrees, and agent verification practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic workflows in CI/CD, automated review, spec-driven development, or multi-agent development.
• Experience building AI features, including LLM integrations, tool use, retrieval, or agent-based functionality on application data.
• Multi-tenant SaaS experience involving tenant isolation and enterprise customer requirements.
• Kubernetes and Docker experience.
• IBM Cloud experience or strong Azure or AWS experience.
• Experience with fleet, transportation, telematics, GPS, routing, or logistics software.
• Experience supporting both self-hosted and cloud-hosted deployments of the same product.
