TL;DR
Full Stack Developer (C#/.NET): Building resilient features, web applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud services for Tendfor’s mature SaaS customer experience platform with an accent on Microsoft technologies, distributed systems, and AI-assisted development. Focus on designing full-stack functionality, improving automated testing and observability, and solving complex issues across application and infrastructure boundaries.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid working model with the Stockholm team

is an international customer experience software company, and Tendfor develops a cloud-based contact centre and attendant platform for Microsoft Teams.
What you will do
- Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack features for the Tendfor SaaS platform.
- Develop web applications and backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build distributed services, REST APIs, integrations, database solutions, and real-time communication features.
- Work with Microsoft Azure, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and GitHub Copilot.
- Contribute to architecture, technical design, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, security, performance, and reliable releases.
- Collaborate with product management, UX, QA, support, and operations from idea through production, while investigating cross-layer technical issues.
Requirements
- Professional experience in full-stack or product software development.
- Strong C# and .NET skills with experience building web applications.
- Frontend development experience, including usability and responsive interface fundamentals.
- Experience designing or consuming APIs and working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud development, preferably Microsoft Azure, and professional experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Good collaboration and communication skills in English; the role is based in the Stockholm product team with hybrid working.
Nice to have
- Experience with Blazor, distributed systems, or Azure Service Fabric.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines, infrastructure, deployment automation, or observability.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, telephony, contact centre solutions, SignalR, messaging, or event-driven architecture.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools or the ability to communicate in Swedish.
