Consulting Full Stack Engineer (.NET/Vue.js/GCP)

Location: US; Remote

What you will do

• Analyze legacy ASP/.NET applications and define modernization and migration strategies.
• Design and develop scalable C#/.NET backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
• Re-architect monolithic applications into cloud-native solutions supporting thousands of facilities and users.
• Build responsive Vue.js interfaces and scalable PostgreSQL data models, including query and performance optimization.
• Deploy and operate applications on Google Cloud Platform using cloud-native services, monitoring, security, and observability practices.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, technical, and business stakeholders while participating in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software application development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET Core modernization, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Strong experience with Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL data modeling and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services including Cloud Run, App Engine or GKE, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub or Dataflow, Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Operations Suite, IAM, and cloud governance.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare application and large-scale facility operations experience.
• Domain-driven design and microservice architecture experience.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform experience.
• Familiarity with HL7/FHIR and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience designing highly available systems for thousands of users and facilities.
