Manager – BCG Vantage (Asset & Wealth Management)

Location: Occasional travel to serve clients onsite is expected.

What you will do

• Deliver expert analyses, insights, and customized solutions for asset and wealth management clients.
• Contribute thought partnership to proposals, client cases, workshops, and commercialization activities.
• Work with senior stakeholders to translate complex content into clear, evidence-based narratives.
• Lead the development of intellectual property, products, tools, data assets, frameworks, and surveys.
• Collaborate with BCG Project Leaders, Associates, Consultants, and global topic leads.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues based on asset and investment management expertise.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in asset or investment management or as an investment consultant; 6–10+ years is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievements; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual capabilities, and business judgment.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with aptitude for rapidly developing proficiency in AI-powered tools.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in complex and ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience or familiarity with wealth management or private banking.
• French language skills.
