Project Manager – Digital Transformation Office (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Manage strategic internal transformation projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead the PMO for internal efficiency projects, including project charters, milestone tracking, and benefits realization.
• Conduct project reviews, Quality Gate assessments, and risk-based project audits.
• Maintain and evolve the hirify.global Project Management Framework in alignment with the PMBOK Guide.
• Ensure compliance with the hirify.global Integrated Management System and applicable ISO standards.
• Deliver project management training, coaching, and lessons-learned sessions across business units.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in a PMO or transformation environment.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK or equivalent standards such as PRINCE2 or IPMA.
• Experience with governance frameworks and ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 compliance standards.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Fluent English required; Polish is an advantage.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or comparable certification.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid project methodologies.
• Change management, stakeholder communication, coaching, and mentoring experience.
