Team Lead Demand & Process Management (Retail)

Location: Berlin, Germany; on-site at the Berlin office for at least 80% of weekly working hours. Up to 20% mobile work is possible within Germany, with an option to work from abroad.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Demand & Process Management team.
• Coordinate content- and campaign-related initiatives across Product, Sales, Content, Campaign, and QA Operations.
• Structure incoming demands into clear requirements, feasible solutions, and aligned ownership.
• Define, improve, standardize, and document operational processes.
• Drive the conversion of manual processes into automated and scalable workflows.
• Use KPIs and recurring insights to improve quality, standards, and tooling.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team in an operational, process, or project management context.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with full ownership and stakeholder coordination.
• General understanding of project management principles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and independent ownership skills.
• Fluent English at C1+ level required.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Berlin office at least 80% of the time.

Nice to have

• German or French at B2+ level.
