TL;DR

Lead IT Consultant: Lead consulting projects for clients in Germany and Austria with an accent on strategy development, business/IT architecture, and agile transformation. Focus on driving projects forward, managing teams up to 15 people, guiding change processes, and acquiring new business.

Location: Munich, Berlin or remote with 1-2 days per week on-site travel across DACH region. Temporary work abroad in EEA possible with prior agreement.

Salary: from €92,000 total annual package (including bonus)

What you will do

• Take professional, technical, methodological, and organizational leadership in client projects as key link between business and IT.
• Drive projects in strategy development, process design, business/IT architecture, or project management together with team and client.
• Guide change processes like agile transformations within projects and organizations.
• Acquire follow-up projects and support new client acquisition to grow the business.
• Manage project teams of up to 15 people and serve as sparring partner.
• Shape the company's future with innovative ideas.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Geoinformatics, Physics, Mathematics, or similar.
• Significant experience in IT consulting and leadership roles (e.g., architect, project manager).
• Confident in German and English; willing to travel 1-2 days/week to client sites in DACH region.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, clear communication, active listening, empathy, confidence.
• Passion for digitalization with creative, out-of-the-box approach.
