Senior Technical Sales Engineer (Lubrication)

What you will do

• Lead Klüber business development in the assigned area or industry and achieve sales and gross-profit targets.
• Deliver sales and non-sales goals defined through operational planning, management by objectives, and reassessments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Provide technical support through product introductions, new-product promotion, technical seminars, complaint response, and quality-issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal sales and finance teams to ensure contract payments are received under the required conditions.
• Share project feedback and experience internally, and collect and report market and competitor information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or a related major.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with proven sales results and technical capability.
• Good communication skills for building trustworthy customer relationships.
• Mature customer-handling experience and good command of value selling.
• Klüberized thinking when approaching business activities.
