Supervisor Logistics, Supply Chain Management

What you will do

• Coordinate daily workloads, priorities, and operational escalations across logistics activities.
• Provide functional leadership, coaching, and direction to the logistics team.
• Monitor operational performance and KPIs, identifying risks and supporting corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements and maintain accurate process documentation.
• Coordinate logistics stakeholders and external service providers across warehouse operations, customs, and transportation.
• Maintain hands-on process knowledge and develop toward full people management responsibility.

Requirements

• MBO+ working and thinking level.
• Relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience with operational coordination or functional leadership is preferred.
• Strong leadership potential, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn operational data into practical actions.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills required.
• Basic customs knowledge and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus warehouse or ERP systems.
