Logistiek Teamleider, 36/38u, fulltime, Delft

Location: Delft, Netherlands. Full-time onsite role requiring availability from Thursday through Sunday and flexibility for shifts between 05:00 and 01:00.

Salary: €3,546–€4,562 per month for a 40-hour working week, depending on experience and in line with the collective labour agreement.

What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of co-workers, supporting engagement, collaboration and growth.
• Coordinate and optimise warehouse operations and the flow of goods to maintain product availability at the lowest possible cost.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and operational results, translating data into measurable improvements.
• Improve logistics processes, inventory accuracy and the use of automation.
• Develop action plans aligned with store objectives and collaborate across departments to support an omnichannel customer experience.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with hirify.global procedures, the Code of Conduct and applicable legislation.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in logistics management and experience leading at least 20 co-workers.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes and performance indicators.
• Experience with automation and the ability to turn data and business objectives into clear action plans.
• Clear communication, effective delegation and the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Fluent English communication and a flexible, proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Availability cannot be restricted from Thursday through Sunday; flexibility is required for operations running from 05:00 to 01:00.
