Senior Manager, Supply Chain and Operations (Pharma)

What you will do

• Lead the DAM Operations function and manage a team of two Logistics Specialists and one Business Analyst.
• Develop rolling 18–24 month supply plans by consolidating licensee forecasts, stage-gate assumptions, and manufacturing requirements.
• Define inventory strategies, mitigate shortage, excess stock, expiry, and retest risks, and optimize working capital.
• Oversee order fulfillment, import/export activities, GDP-relevant logistics, warehousing partners, and CDMO network operations.
• Coordinate cost-of-goods models, expenditure tracking, invoicing, billing, inventory valuation, budgeting, and operational reporting.
• Drive cross-functional process improvement, AI-enabled workflows, process harmonization, and SAP S/4HANA migration support.

Requirements

• MSc or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, commercial operations, planning, inventory management, operational finance, or business analytics within a highly regulated industry.
• 3–5 years of experience leading small operational teams with 1–5 direct reports.
• Experience with supply planning, inventory management, operational finance, financial reporting, inventory reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ability to consolidate and analyze large datasets from ERP systems, web applications, and Excel-based trackers.
• Hands-on SAP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboards.
