Salary: EUR 44,550–52,200 per year, payable in 12.96 instalments

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities across inbound, storage, replenishment, Kardex, picking, packing and outbound.
• Plan labour and capacity to meet productivity, quality, service and customer delivery commitments.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse employees, including onboarding, performance reviews, training, cross-training and attendance management.
• Monitor KPIs, operational performance, risks and corrective actions, providing regular updates to the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate D365 tickets and warehouse IT or process issues with key users, IT and stakeholders.
• Identify root causes and implement sustained improvements in safety, quality, productivity, workflow, systems and customer service.

Requirements

• Relevant warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience leading and developing employees.
• Experience with workforce planning, reporting and operational systems.
• Experience coordinating improvement activities or operational projects.
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes, safety, quality and standard operating requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure with hands-on leadership and administrative discipline.
