People Product Lead (AI)

Location: London, UK. Hybrid role with office collaboration three days per week for most roles; work from anywhere is available for up to 10 days per year.

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, quarterly roadmap, and success measures for internal People Operations technology.
• Build scalable People systems supporting the employee lifecycle, including core platforms, integrations, data flows, identity, and automation.
• Make build, buy, and integrate decisions while balancing user experience, scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Align senior stakeholders across People, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Legal, Analytics, and Operations.
• Simplify internal processes and create intuitive, reliable technology experiences that improve employee productivity.
• Define KPIs, learn from delivery outcomes, and continuously improve how the domain operates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, technology, analytics, or operations.
• Systems-oriented approach to workflows, guardrails, constraints, and interconnected processes.
• Strong track record of learning quickly and applying new knowledge.
• Experience building and scaling a real tool, process, or system that can be demonstrated during the interview.
• Comfort working with technology and automation, with a preference for product-led processes over high-touch service-led approaches.
