Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with regular office attendance required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from January 2027; some teams may require additional office days. Work from elsewhere during the remaining week where suitable for the team.

What you will do

• Create and champion product vision and strategy for the assigned area.
• Synthesise user and business insights into clear problem statements and product requirements.
• Lead discovery to understand customer workflows and build confidence in AI-powered tools.
• Align the squad around outcomes, prioritise initiatives, and track client and business impact.
• Define and manage continuous model evaluation and improvement.
• Communicate product strategy, technical concepts, and financial-market concepts across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Experience or strong interest in FinTech or B2B SaaS and AI-enabled products.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with technical teams, define clear requirements, and evaluate complex data.
• Collaborative leadership style with strong prioritisation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid London office arrangement, including regular attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Nice to have

• Experience building products in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
• Active engagement with AI courses, industry developments, and relevant talks.
