Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Hybrid role requiring three days in the office per week.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, seniority levels, and geographies.
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities by learning new markets, talent pools, and candidate profiles.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, networking, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define profiles, calibrate expectations, and drive hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights, candidate intelligence, and recommendations as a trusted talent advisor.
• Improve sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, processes, reporting, and ways of working while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience identifying hard-to-find talent, engaging passive candidates, and building pipelines from scratch.
• Ability to work across multiple functions, levels, geographies, and changing business priorities.
• Strong judgment, resourcefulness, prioritization, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, leadership, and global Talent teams across the US, Israel, EMEA, and APJ.
• Must be based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and work from the office three days per week.
