Talent Partner (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid role based at the London office, United Kingdom. The benefits include an option to work abroad through the work abroad scheme.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex, senior, and specialist roles across technology, product, commercial, and operations.
• Lead role briefing sessions and define requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria with hiring managers.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers across the organisation.
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and assessment techniques.
• Contribute to Talent team initiatives and cross-functional People programs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven success recruiting senior, technical, and/or commercial roles in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience with proactive sourcing, including headhunting, market mapping, and talent pipelining.
• Strong assessment standards, candidate experience focus, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Structured, resilient, proactive, and able to work at pace without sacrificing quality.
• Working knowledge of Ashby ATS and the ability to liaise effectively with leadership.
