GTM Talent Partner (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with attendance at the Old Street office at least 3 days per week

Salary: £60,000–£80,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own UK hiring across Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to identify and hire high-quality candidates.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches, employer branding campaigns, and recruiting events.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and persuade them to explore opportunities.
• Help scale the GTM organization as it doubles in size.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Some exposure to GTM hiring is preferred.
• Strong drive, energy, resourcefulness, and ownership.
• Excellent talent assessment, questioning, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
