Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

What you will do
- Lead, coach and grow a team of recruiters across London and New York.
- Own the Sales hiring plan, forecast headcount and prioritize recruitment needs with sales leadership.
- Build the GTM hiring playbook, including role specifications, success profiles, interview stages, scorecards and closing approaches.
- Personally manage senior and critical sales searches from market mapping and outreach through screening and closing.
- Track pipeline health, conversion, time to hire, offer acceptance and quality of hire, using data to guide decisions.
- Prepare the recruitment function for global hiring and improve the use of recruiting tools and AI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruitment experience with a strong GTM focus in high-growth startups or agencies serving them.
- At least 2 years of experience leading recruiters and experience building or scaling a GTM hiring function across multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of Sales hiring and the ability to run senior searches while coaching recruiters.
- Experience using recruitment data and funnel metrics to identify problems and influence hiring decisions.
- Ability to partner with senior commercial leaders, challenge role specifications and hiring decisions, and build trust.
- Strong European GTM and startup network, excellent organization, prioritization and ATS process discipline.

- Experience hiring across more than one country and preparing teams for global expansion.
- Experience using AI in recruitment workflows.
