VIP Relationship Manager, Korea (Crypto)

What you will do

• Acquire clients and manage a portfolio of global VIP customers.
• Build and expand relationships with existing clients through frequent, sustained communication.
• Develop customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track key customer status.
• Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare customer analysis reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to deliver effective service solutions and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Experience managing portfolios of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
• Experience in sales and client services within international banking, investment, trading platform, or exchange environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interest in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry and its latest trends.
