Client Manager, VIP/Institutional Clients - Senior Specialist (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own senior relationships with a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Build long-term partnerships and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities across the product suite.
• Optimize client service processes, management standards, and account health monitoring.
• Analyze client behavior, identify latent needs, and develop key client reports and tailored solutions.
• Lead and develop the client manager team, setting service standards and coaching junior members.
• Represent client needs internally and contribute to product strategy and business planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of client relationship management experience in private banking, family offices, wealth management, crypto, or fintech.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing junior talent.
• Strong client profiling, relationship management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and fluent Mandarin required for collaboration with global teams and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for crypto and fintech; experience across crypto and traditional financial institutions is advantageous.
