Senior / Staff Software Engineer, Mobile (React)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year, excluding bonuses and equity.

What you will do

• Architect and build the next generation of hirify.global Active, a high-performance trading platform.
• Develop responsive web interfaces for active traders.
• Integrate real-time market data, low-latency execution workflows, and advanced trading tools.
• Deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for the prime brokerage experience.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance professionals on large-scale initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience implementing web applications.
• At least 3 years of experience with modern web technologies and demonstrated success at Senior level or higher.
• Expertise in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications with TypeScript, React, Tanstack, and Tailwind.
• Strong command of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Focus on end-user experience, API design, functionality, performance, tooling, and maintainability.
• Collaborative, team-first approach and high standards for software quality.
