Program Manager, Global Strategic Accounts

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base compensation, plus potential performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Translate enterprise account priorities into program plans with objectives, timelines, responsibilities, milestones, and success measures.
• Own global content and engagement roadmaps, master program calendars, quarterly themes, campaigns, and regional initiatives.
• Manage dashboards and reporting on engagement, utilization, program outcomes, capacity, and performance commitments.
• Analyze trends, risks, participant feedback, and stakeholder input to recommend program improvements.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual business reviews, planning sessions, client requests, dependencies, and delivery requirements.
• Integrate content, coaching, live sessions, and campaigns into programs aligned with account goals and employee needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise client services, employee engagement, internal communications, program management, or a related field.
• Experience planning and running ongoing programs across multiple regions or large employee populations.
• Experience creating engagement or communications plans using campaigns, events, content, and other channels.
• Strong analytical skills, including dashboards, spreadsheets, metric validation, and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience preparing client-facing reports and business reviews and coordinating timelines, priorities, and resources across teams.
