Activation Program Management Lead

Location: Hybrid, with four days in office and one day remote, based in Johnston, RI; Boston or Westwood, MA; Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Southfield, MI; Newark, DE; or New York City. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without new employer sponsorship.

Salary: $123,000–$159,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Establish and manage governance structures, operating cadences, decision tracking, and escalation paths for branch activation programs.
• Maintain the single source of truth for timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and ownership.
• Develop integrated workplans and sequence activities across operations, marketing, field readiness, community, and other workstreams.
• Orchestrate end-to-end readiness for pre-open, launch, and ramp milestones in partnership with Experience, Field Readiness, and Activation leads.
• Identify risks and delivery gaps, establish mitigation plans, and drive timely issue escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate launch milestones, cross-functional reviews, readiness checkpoints, and other program logistics.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or large-scale initiative execution.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
• Strong experience in governance design, risk management, delivery tracking, and readiness planning.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for new employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong customer-centric mindset, persistence, resilience, and commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail banking, transformation programs, or multi-site rollout environments.
• Background in branch operations, market launches, or field execution.
• Familiarity with readiness planning and launch orchestration.
