Director of Engineering – Performance Management

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week

What you will do

• Lead the Performance Management engineering organization and align engineering execution with company goals.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of PM microservices.
• Manage resource planning, delivery milestones, product quality, capacity planning, and operational support.
• Establish development standards, tools, and methodologies while integrating customer and business requirements.
• Evaluate AI and Agentic technologies, including reasoning models, LLMs, SLMs, AI SDLC, Agentic coding, and agent orchestration.
• Manage a global distributed team, and recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience focused on SaaS products, machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs.
• 6+ years of management experience in large-scale environments.
• Expertise in data technologies and large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agentic-driven development methodologies.
