Engineering Team Lead (Triage, AI)

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for backend services, frontend development, and AI agent engineering.
• Build the AI module and core application logic powering multiple AI agents for security operations centers.
• Develop agentic and conversational architecture for LLM-powered user interactions and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with AI research, data, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap, focusing on scalability, developer productivity, and rapid iteration.
• Mentor engineers, grow the team, and promote technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience and 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineers.
• Strong backend development skills with Go, Python, Node, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React, Vue, and TypeScript.
• Experience working with or integrating AI systems, LLMs, or agent-based architectures.
• Understanding of developer experience, including frameworks and tooling that help engineering teams work faster.
• Product-oriented mindset, strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with high ownership and autonomy.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent orchestration, context management, or retrieval-augmented architectures.
• Cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Go development.
