Senior Software Engineer (Posture)

Location: Remote, based in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven agents that emulate lateral movement, privilege escalation, persistence, and other adversarial behaviors.
• Develop core simulation and orchestration components in Go and integrate them with in-house AI models.
• Design core engines and data models for distributed simulations operating at scale.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, scalability, performance optimization, and high-throughput data processing.
• Write clean, testable, readable, scalable, and maintainable Java code for systems serving thousands of customers.
• Solve cross-cutting technical challenges across teams and services, including legacy modernization and API standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a modern programming language.
• Strong Go experience is preferred; experience with Python, Node, or C++ is also relevant.
• Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems and orchestrating complex workflows.
• Knowledge of graph modelling or graph databases such as Neo4j.
• Remote work from Israel, with the role based in Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI/ML-driven systems or agent-based simulations.
• Experience as a red teamer, penetration tester, or security researcher.
• Cybersecurity experience translating threat intelligence and attacker TTPs into executable logic.
• Experience collaborating with red teamers, researchers, and data scientists.
