Training Specialist

What you will do

• Deliver training programs and support operational excellence.
• Manage instructional design and professional development training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training and development.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, facilitation, coaching, communication, and instructional design.
• Experience with business intelligence, CRM, operations support, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks involving sitting, standing, and office equipment.

Nice to have

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification.
