What you will do

• Design and produce animated learning assets with Vyond and interactive eLearning modules with Articulate Storyline.
• Translate complex technical and process-heavy content into clear, engaging stories and learner-friendly explanations.
• Write voiceover scripts and create branching scenarios based on real-world job applications.
• Apply Mayer’s Principles of Multimedia Learning to align visuals and audio, reduce cognitive load, and reinforce retention.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including scripting, storyboarding, asset creation, implementation, and final export.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, manage timelines, incorporate feedback, and maintain deliverable quality.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• One to three years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or multimedia content development.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Vyond and Articulate Storyline.
• Strong technical writing skills for voiceover scripts and branching scenarios.
• Knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and Action Mapping, as well as learning science principles.
• Ability to work in Rahway, New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Experience designing training for regulated, technical, quality-focused, or procedural environments.
• Portfolio of story-driven learning assets and interactive modules.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deliverables.
