What you will do

• Develop story-driven learning assets using Vyond for animated learning videos and Articulate Storyline for interactive eLearning modules.
• Translate content outlines into structured narratives, including writing voiceover scripts and building branching scenarios.
• Simplify dense, process-heavy information into clear, learner-friendly explanations focused on usability and clarity.
• Apply Mayer’s Principles of Multimedia Learning to align visuals and audio and reduce cognitive load.
• Own end-to-end project execution: scriptwriting, storyboarding, asset creation, technical implementation, and final export.
• Collaborate with SMEs, manage timelines, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and deliver high-quality modules.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or multimedia content development.
• Proficiency in Vyond for animated learning videos.
• Proven experience developing interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline.
• Exceptional technical writing skills for voiceover scripts and branching scenarios.
• Solid understanding of instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Action Mapping) and learning science principles.
