Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Assess market opportunities through industry research, competitive analysis, and customer validation.
• Define product requirements, strategic partnerships, commercial models, and packaging approaches.
• Support product strategy, business cases, roadmaps, and KPI tracking across the product delivery lifecycle.
• Prepare and support product releases, prioritization decisions, and product trade-offs.
• Manage product offerings and analyze revenue, margin, customer, and market performance to guide enhancements and sunsetting decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5–7 years of product management or business analyst experience in a product-led organization within Technology, Financial Services, or Data & Analytics.
• Experience with Agile and/or project management methodologies.
• Strong experience writing detailed product requirements and connecting product decisions to customer needs and ROI.
• Ability to organize and coordinate work in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience delivering cloud-based products and services is strongly preferred; familiarity with Aha, JIRA, and Figma is valuable.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS products or web and mobile application development.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and Design Thinking, including personas, empathy mapping, prototyping, and iteration.
• Ability to lead initiatives, work independently, prioritize concurrent demands, and communicate effectively with varied stakeholders.
