Product Manager II, Commercial (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Gather and prioritize client, market, competitive, and customer feedback insights.
• Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, compliance, sales, and go-to-market teams to deliver product enhancements.
• Monitor product performance through data, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
• Drive products from concept through launch, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant experience.
• Experience managing products, product features, or digital solutions in financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or a related industry.
• Strong product management skills, including roadmap development, prioritization, and requirements definition.
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to use data, metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and guide improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial banking, treasury, payments, lending, or financial technology products.
• Knowledge of product analytics, customer journey mapping, and experimentation methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar product delivery frameworks.
• Experience with regulatory, risk, privacy, and information security requirements.
• CSPO, PSPO, or similar product management certification.
