Senior Onboarding Consultant (Supplier Intelligence & Procurement)

Location: Munich or Madrid; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office. Onboardings run largely remotely, with less than 10% travel.

What you will do

• Lead complex customer onboardings end to end, including scoping, configuration, data integration, key-user training, go-live, and handover to Customer Success.
• Own project effort and budgets, identify upcoming overconsumption, and coordinate follow-up sales with Customer Success and Sales.
• Create onboarding packages, checklists, and self-service learning content for standard use cases.
• Review project plans and configurations, coach junior consultants, and support difficult customer situations.
• Collaborate with Solution Experts on edge cases, recurring questions, and product gaps.
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers and document stakeholder maps for handover.

Requirements

• Several years of full-project experience in SaaS implementation or consulting for supplier management, procurement, or supply-chain compliance.
• Working knowledge of supplier onboarding and qualification, risk assessment, audits, corrective actions, LkSG, and CSDDD.
• Solid understanding of data models, interfaces, configuration, ERP systems, and supplier master data; coding is not required.
• Strong budget and scope discipline, with the ability to identify and prevent scope creep.
• Business-fluent English required. German and/or Spanish are strong advantages.
• Availability to work from Munich or Madrid in a hybrid arrangement with 3 office days per week and less than 10% travel.
