What you will do

• Generate qualified meetings with emerging fund managers through outbound sales, social media, communities, and other effective channels.
• Run frequent growth experiments, quickly stop underperforming tests, and scale successful approaches.
• Build a strong presence on X and LinkedIn that attracts general partners and emerging fund managers.
• Build and use AI agents and automations to support prospecting and meeting generation.
• Share experiment results and growth insights with the wider company each week.

Requirements

• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working from a blank page.
• Strong social writing skills and the ability to create attention-grabbing posts.
• Growth-oriented approach focused on shipping, measuring, and iterating quickly.
• Comfort with AI tools, automation, and learning new software independently.
• Ability to run multiple rapid experiments rather than relying on a single polished campaign.

Nice to have

• Experience with venture capital, fintech, or selling to investors.
