Warehouse & Facilities Specialist (Robotics)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global USA warehouse in Runnemede, New Jersey; attendance required each workday. Up to 20% travel.

What you will do

• Manage shipping, receiving, distribution, delivery, loading, unloading, labeling, and freight documentation.
• Coordinate the flow of products, parts, materials, and demo equipment between headquarters, vendors, the warehouse, and customer locations.
• Maintain inventory records, perform stock counts and replenishment, organize storage areas, and lead inventory audits.
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices, shipping receipts, and related documentation with the Supply Chain Operations Manager.
• Perform basic building and grounds upkeep, inspect warehouse equipment, and coordinate external maintenance vendors.
• Support Service and Sales teams while maintaining a clean and safe work area according to OSHA requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in parts and inventory, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a similar role.
• Professional experience working with an ERP system and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer and able to work at the US office location 100%.
• Ability to regularly lift 60 pounds, valid driver’s license, and valid OSHA-compliant forklift certification in the USA.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and with a fast-moving team.
• Must complete criminal, civil, and motor vehicle background checks as part of pre-employment onboarding.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, autonomous or commercial cleaning equipment, facility services, automation, or technology-based products.
• Additional certifications such as QWLP, OSHA, CWLP, or CPIM.
• Experience in startup or growth-stage environments.
