Manager, Logistics - Distribution Planning & Execution (Supply Chain Automation)

Location: USA remote with up to 20% travel to client and customer locations

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 base pay annually

What you will do

• Own distribution planning for warehouse networks supporting installation schedules and site readiness.
• Translate inbound supply, supplier constraints, and inventory signals into warehouse positioning plans covering SKU mix, quantities, and timing.
• Coordinate inventory staging, kitting, warehouse release strategies, and outbound readiness.
• Align shipment timing, transportation modes, and routing with warehouse release plans and installation milestones.
• Identify and resolve material shortages, incomplete mixes, inventory imbalances, and schedule misalignment.
• Lead continuous improvement and provide reporting on site readiness, material availability, and warehouse performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution planning, or warehouse roles.
• At least 2 years of management experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, material staging, kitting, distribution, and transportation planning.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or planning tools for inventory flow and execution.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
