Warehouse Supervisor

What you will do

• Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, inventory management, and compliance with company processes and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, train, and manage the performance of warehouse team members.
• Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, customer pricing updates, freight discounts, warranty credits, and returns in SAP and/or Salesforce.
• Monitor inventory through physical counts and system verification, manage stock levels, and restock based on business trends and utilization data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Installation teams to forecast equipment and parts needs for upcoming projects.
• Resolve customer and operational issues involving availability, delivery, pricing, and shipping schedules while supervising safe warehouse equipment use.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of warehouse experience, including 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; manual dexterity, stooping, and bending are required.
