Senior Analytics & Insights Specialist - People Analytics

Location: Hybrid role in Fort Myers, Florida, with candidates required to live within a commutable distance of Irving, Texas or Stamford, Connecticut.

Base salary: USD 72,000–100,000 per year, plus an eligible annual bonus or role-based sales incentive.

What you will do

• Create and monitor meaningful workforce metrics for key stakeholders.
• Develop and improve recruiting programs that support scalable, high-quality hiring and reduce open positions.
• Drive recruiting best practices and share insights across global talent acquisition teams.
• Develop new and enhanced reporting based on business needs.
• Partner with HR, business functions, and senior leaders to solve business issues.
• Perform ad hoc analyses supporting HR and hirify.global leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience, preferably in HR, strategy, consulting, business operations, or finance.
• Data-driven analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and engaging senior executives.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
