Implementation Specialist I

Location: Remote, United States; travel to customer facilities may be required, including air travel and physical inventory work.

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to define implementation requirements covering data, reporting, delivery, packaging, labeling, freight, and invoice payment.
• Assist IT with interface specifications, data mapping, testing, and go-live preparation.
• Configure account information, pricing links, ordering equipment, personnel workflows, and customer processes.
• Receive and cross-reference customer data files under project-lead supervision.
• Organize and perform physical inventory, including stock organization, barcode labeling, counting, and variance reconciliation.
• Support go-live transitions through follow-up training and site process reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in MRO distribution, manufacturing or production environments, storerooms, tool cribs, purchasing, or industrial inventory replenishment.
• Knowledge of project management; general knowledge of SAS, Excel, databases, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt training, ISO standards, and QS9000 quality standards.
• Strong organization, customer service, self-management, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel by plane and work at customer facilities, including physical inventory duties, dusty or extreme-temperature environments, and handling up to 25 lbs or more with assistance.

• Experience using Smartsheet.
• Vending implementation or operation skills.
