Project Manager (Data Center, Construction & Commissioning)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel up to 30% for customer meetings, site visits, project reviews, and commissioning support.

Salary: $112,000–$140,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of data center and commercial projects from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage schedules, resources, logistics, budgets, milestones, forecasting, documentation, and customer commitments.
• Lead project operations, internal and customer meetings, site calls, field coordination, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Field Services to meet project objectives.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and commissioning teams while maintaining clear accountability.
• Support proposals, bid development, pipeline tracking, market engagement, risk mitigation, change management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, commercial operations, or customer-facing functions.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects in industrial services, construction, infrastructure, or related environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
