Director, Product Management - AI

Location: Remote in the US West Coast; Seattle strongly preferred

Salary: $216,000–$236,000 per year

What you will do

• Build products that extend governed workflows, datasets, and business logic into AI agents and LLM ecosystems.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap for grounding LLMs in trusted business logic to improve accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and the CPO organization to measure and improve AI cost and speed advantages.
• Work with enterprise customers and analysts to quantify AI ROI and communicate the product value proposition.
• Represent the AI product vision through analyst briefings, customer advisory boards, and public launches.
• Champion the VURA framework: Visible, Understandable, Repeatable, and Auditable.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of AI, ML, or data-platform products.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Track record of building ROI or TCO narratives and demonstrating cost-per-token savings.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agents, retrieval, grounding, hallucinations, and governed business logic in production.
• Experience integrating products with third-party AI ecosystems such as MCP, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus.
