Staff Product Manager (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-powered healthcare platform that enables family caregivers and clinicians to deliver and oversee high-quality care at home.

What you will do

• Define the evaluation standards and release gates for clinical- and caregiver-facing AI features.
• Ensure caregiver and clinician products reason consistently about the same patient, including shared baselines, care plans, chart notes, and captured signals.
• Raise the standard for AI product specifications, evaluation criteria, and collaboration with Applied AI across the product organization.
• Partner with Applied AI leadership on the architecture for evaluating, monitoring, and iterating caregiver and clinician AI after launch.
• Build evaluation frameworks that withstand clinical scrutiny, payer review, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including complex, high-impact AI or ML initiatives at a Staff or Lead PM level.
• Direct experience designing production AI evaluation frameworks and defining how performance is measured, monitored, and gated.
• Strong technical fluency and experience partnering with engineering, Applied ML, and AI teams on data-intensive platforms.
• Deep empathy for family caregivers and care recipients, with rigorous qualitative and quantitative research skills in regulated environments.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex healthcare and technical concepts into product requirements and executive-level strategy.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Experience in HealthTech, Medicaid waivers, or other highly regulated industries where AI decisions carry clinical or compliance risk.
• Strong background with LLMs, machine learning, or AI-native consumer products.
• Experience with marketplace or labor-supply business models, such as the gig economy or digital health.
